I am a prospective PhD student and current software engineer at Amazon, based in Seattle, WA, where I work on speed optimization for the transport network (graph optimization). I’m also a volunteer researcher with publications and five years of experience (including undergrad) in grounded multi-modal NLP and large language models, with a focus on robustness, code generation, and knowledge representation. I’m passionate about building scalable ML systems and solving cross-disciplinary problems and am currently interested in augmenting LLMs with knowledge graphs to generate infrastructure as code using tools like AWS CDK.

I graduated summa cum laude in 2023 from the University of Arizona with a 4.0 GPA in computer science, and my past work includes transformer-based OCR for math and procedural generation for RL environments. Community outreach is important to me; I founded the Google Developers Student Club at the University of Arizona, leading international collaborations with other chapters and organizing over 30 workshops for 180+ members in a year.

My work and outreach has been recognized with multiple academic, research distinction and scholarships awards as well as wins at Major League and Google hackathons.
